Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir einen engagierten Kundendienst-/Serviceberater (m/w/d).

Zu seinen Aufgaben zählen u.a. die Entgegennahme der Kundenfahrzeuge entsprechend des Werkstatttermins mit Auftragserstellung, Beratung und Betreuung der Kunden, Zusammenarbeit mit dem Werkstattbereich, Auftragsabrechnung und Rechnungserstellung sowie die Rückgabe der Fahrzeuge an die Kunden, Schadensabwicklung

Automobil-Serviceberater/in (m/w/d)

  • Ihre Aufgaben:
  • Sie diagnostizieren Störungen an Fahrzeugen, führen Informations- und Beratungsgespräche und bearbeiten Garantie- und Kulanzanträge sowie Kundenreklamationen
  • Voraussetzungen:
  • Ideale Kandidaten verfügen über eine kaufmännische und/oder technische Ausbildung. Sie überzeugen mit betriebswirtschaftlichem und technischem Wissen, können gut organisieren und sind im besten Fall in der Lage, durch Ihr ruhiges und überzeugendes Auftreten auch in schwierigen Situationen zu vermitteln. Sie sind so flexibel, dass Sie gelegentlich auch samstags arbeiten können.
