Bist du technisch begeistert und bereit für eine spannende Herausforderung? Als Kundendiensttechniker im Bereich Kälte-, Klima- und Lüftungstechnik (KKL) übernimmst du eine Schlüsselrolle bei der Installation, Wartung und Reparatur unserer fortschrittlichen Systeme. Du setzt dein Know-how ein, um technische Probleme zu lösen, stehst unseren Kunden mit Rat und Tat zur Seite und trägst maßgeblich zur Effizienz und Zufriedenheit bei. Werde Teil eines engagierten Teams, das Innovation und hervorragenden Service großschreibt!

Du wirst:

  • Installation, Wartung und Reparatur von Kälte-, Klima- und Lüftungsanlagen
  • Selbstständige Durchführung von Fehleranalysen und Störungsbeseitigungen im Kundendienst
  • Erstellung von Wartungsprotokollen und Berichten
  • Instandsetzungen der Anlagen beim Kunden

Du hast:

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Mechatroniker/in für Kältetechnik (m/w/d) oder Kälteanlagenbauer/in (m/w/d) mit Berufserfahrung im Bereich Kundendienst
  • Freundliches Auftreten
  • Führerschein Klasse B
  • Eine selbstständige zuverlässige und engagierte Arbeitsweise
  • Eine rasche Auffassungsgabe, handwerkliches Geschick und Teamfähigkeit setzen wir voraus
