  • Mobilfunk
  • IP-Telefonie
  • Internet
  • ITK-Systeme
  • Lizenz- und Softwareservices
  • Weitere IT-Themen
  • Was deine Aufgaben sein werden:
  • Betreuung unserer Bestandskunden per Telefon und E-Mail
  • Bearbeitung von Neukundenanfragen
  • Bedarfsermittlung und Angebotserstellung
  • Bearbeitung von Aufträgen, Reklamationen und sonstigen Betreuungsthemen
  • Kundenmanagement auf CRM-Ebene
  • Was du mitbringen solltest:
  • Eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder ein abgeschlossenes Studium
  • Berufserfahrung im Bereich Telekommunikation
  • Gute Kenntnisse in den gängigen MS-Office Programmen
  • Flexibles Denken, Belastbarkeit, Zuverlässigkeit
  • Gute Kommunikationsfähigkeit und Teamfähigkeit
  • Du musst nicht alles aus dem Effeff beherrschen, aber offen für diese Punkte sein
