Hauptaufgaben:

  • Ansprechpartner/in für Kundenanfragen rund um unsere SHK-Dienstleistungen (Heizung, Sanitär, Lüftung).
  • Koordination der Einsätze von Servicetechnikern.
  • Erstellung von Angeboten und Auftragsbestätigungen.
  • Bearbeitung von Reklamationen und Qualitätssicherung im Kundendienst.
  • Pflege der Kundendaten und Dokumentation von Serviceeinsätzen.

Qualifikationen:

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im SHK-Bereich (kaufmännisch oder technisch) oder vergleichbare Qualifikation.
  • Erfahrung im Kundenservice, idealerweise im Handwerksumfeld.
  • Organisationsgeschick und gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten.
  • Sicherer Umgang mit gängiger Software (z.B. zur Auftragsverwaltung).
