Wir agieren europaweit als Ersatzteillieferant und sind Reparaturdienstleister für die weltgrößten Hersteller von Elektrowerkzeugen und Zubehör. Daneben sind wir Servicepartner für bisher 10.000 Händler in ganz Europa.
Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir ab sofort einen Kundendienstmitarbeiter (m/w/d).
IHRE AUFGABEN:
Betreuung unserer Kunden mittels sämtlicher Medien
Angebotserstellung
Verkaufsberatung
Reparaturnachfragen
Abholungen und vieles mehr
IHR PROFIL:
kaufmännische Ausbildung
sicherer Umgang mit dem PC
technisches Verständnis
Freundlichkeit und kundenorientiertes Arbeiten
Arbeitsort ist Prittitz. Lohn- und Urlaubsansprüche besprechen wir im Gespräch.
Die Stelle kann in Voll- oder Teilzeit besetzt werden im Zeitrahmen Montag bis Freitag von 8.00 Uhr bis 17.00 Uhr (je nach Absprache).
