Wir suchen zur Verstärkung zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt einen/n Kundendienstmonteur/in

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Kundendienst und Reparatur : Durchführung von Reparaturen, Wartungen und Inspektionen an Produkten und Geräten bei Kunden vor Ort oder in der Werkstatt.
  • Kundenkommunikation : Kommunikation mit Kunden zur Klärung von Problemen und zur Übermittlung von Reparatur- oder Wartungsergebnissen.
  • Dokumentation : Führen von Reparatur- und Wartungsprotokollen, sowie von Kundenkontakten und -gesprächen.

Anforderungen:

  • Ausbildung : Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Anlagenmechaniker/in SHK
  • Fachkenntnisse : Gute Kenntnisse in der Reparatur und Wartung von Geräten und Produkten, sowie Erfahrung mit handelsüblichen Werkzeugen und Messgeräten.
  • Kommunikationsfähigkeit : Gute Kommunikations- und Umgangsformen, sowie die Fähigkeit, komplexe technische Sachverhalte einfach und verständlich zu erklären.
