Als Kundendiensttechniker/in (m/w/d) sind Sie für alle anfallenden Aufträge aus den Bereichen Sanitär-, Heizungs- und Klimatechnik verantwortlich. Sie haben Interesse daran, Fehler zu analysieren und gleichzeitig mit den Kunden im Gespräch zu sein.

Ihre Aufgaben und Tätigkeiten

  • selbstständige Wartung, Reparatur und Inbetriebnahme von Wasser- und Wärmezählern, Heizkostenverteilern und Rauchmeldern
  • fachgerechte Dokumentation
  • Kundeneinweisung in Funktion, Betrieb und Wartung

Was wir erwarten

  • abgeschlossene handwerklich/technische Ausbildung, idealerweise als Anlagenmechaniker/in
  • mehrjährige Berufserfahrung als Kundendiensttechniker/in
  • selbstständige und kundenorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Freude an der Teamarbeit und im Umgang mit Menschen
  • Führerschein Klasse B
