Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir einen engagierten Kundendiensttechniker (m/w/d).

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Durchführung von Wartungs-, Reparatur- und Servicearbeiten bei unseren Kunden vor Ort
  • Diagnose und Behebung von technischen Störungen
  • Montage, Inbetriebnahme und Funktionsprüfung von Geräten und Anlagen
  • Beratung unserer Kunden in technischen Fragen
  • Dokumentation der ausgeführten Arbeiten sowie Rückmeldung an die Disposition

Ihr Profil:

  • Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung, z.B. als Elektroniker, Anlagenmechaniker, Mechatroniker, oder Vergleichbares
  • Berufserfahrung im Kundendienst wünschenswert
  • Gute technische Kenntnisse und handwerkliches Geschick
  • Selbstständige, zuverlässige und serviceorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Freundliches Auftreten und gute Kommunikationsfähigkeit
  • Führerschein Klasse B erforderlich
