💼 Das ist dein Verantwortungsbereich:

  • Vertretung der Bank im Marktgebiet Karlsruhe im geschäftlichen und gesellschaftlichen Umfeld
  • Netzwerkarbeit im vorpolitischen Raum durch aktive Kontaktpflege zu Vertretern von Kommunen, politischen Mandatsträgern, IHK, Verbänden, Vereinen und sonstigen Institutionen im Geschäftsgebiet
  • Teilnahme an Veranstaltungen inkl. der Übernahme von Eröffnungsreden und Vorträgen
  • Ausbau der Marktanteile und Verantwortung der Ertragsziele in der Region
  • Akquisition von neuen Kunden und Mitgliedern
  • Co-Betreuung von Schlüsselkunden in der Region

🎯 Damit überzeugst du uns:

  • vorhandenes breites Netzwerk im vorpolitischen Raum sowie Mitgliedschaft in einem Serviceclub
  • mehrjährige Führungserfahrung
  • einschlägige Erfahrung in der Steuerung von crossfunktionalen Teams
  • gute betriebswirtschaftliche Kenntnisse
  • Akquisitionskompetenz
  • ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit und Präsentationskompetenz
  • Begeisterungsfähigkeit und Umsetzungsstärke
  • exzellentes Auftreten
  • Bereitschaft zur Abend- und Wochenendarbeit
