  • Sie empfangen unsere Kundschaft freundlich und aktiv
  • Sie erkennen und wecken Bedarf einer Terminvereinbarung, sowohl am Service, als auch telefonisch
  • Sie tätigen eigenständig Produktabschlüsse
  • Sie zeigen der Kundschaft die Möglichkeiten unserer technischen Geräte und der elektronischen Zugangswege auf
  • Sie sind verantwortlich für die aus dem Servicebereich resultierenden Folgearbeiten
  • Sie beherrschen sämtliche Tätigkeiten der Bargeldabwicklung.

## Ihre Fähigkeiten:

  • Sie haben vorzugsweise eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung zur Bankkauffrau / zum Bankkaufmann
  • Sie arbeiten vertrauensvoll und wertschätzend mit allen Bereichen unseres Hauses
  • zusammen
  • Sie beherrschen die Technik (OSPlus, OSPlus neo, MS-Office-Anwendungen)
  • Sie sind flexibel, belastbar und arbeiten gerne im Team
  • Sie sind engagiert und bringen eigene Ideen aktiv ein

## Ihre Entwicklungsperspektiven:

Uns ist die Qualität an unserem Kundenservice sehr wichtig. Deshalb belegen Sie nach der erfolgreichen Einarbeitung am Kundenservice den Lehrgang zum Sparkassenkaufmann / zur Sparkassenkauffrau. Auf dieser Basis können Sie sich auch in die Kundenberatung weiterentwickeln.
