Diese interessanten Aufgaben warten auf Dich:

  • Beantwortung von Kundenanliegen schriftlich und telefonisch
  • Bearbeitung von Reklamationen und Rechnungen
  • Produkt- und Tarifberatung im Bereich Energiewesen
  • Sicherstellung der Kundenzufriedenheit
  • Bearbeitung allgemeiner Kundenanfragen und Änderungswünschen
  • Datenpflege des Kundenstamms

Dein berufliches Profil beinhaltet idealerweise:

  • Kaufmännische Ausbildung oder Berufserfahrung im Kundenservice, idealerweise im Bereich Energiewesen
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse für die Dokumentation und Kommunikation mit dem Kunden
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office
