Für unseren Kunden, ein Dienstleistungsunternehmen im Bereich Kundenservice mit Standort in Köln, suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt eine engagierte Persönlichkeit als:

KUNDENSERVICE-MITARBEITER (M/W/D)

  • Arbeitszeiten:
  • Mo–Fr: 09:00–19:00 Uhr (Schichtsystem)
  • 1×/Monat Samstag
  • Gehalt: 16 €/Std. inkl. attraktiver Provision

IHRE AUFGABEN

  • Erste Anlaufstelle im telefonischen Kundenservice für Vertragskunden eines Energie- und Telekommunikationsunternehmens
  • Beratung zu Tarifwahl, Fragen und Optimierungsmöglichkeiten
  • Durchführung von Vertragsverlängerungen
  • Erarbeitung passender Lösungen im Kundendialog
  • Anwendung von Serviceerfahrung im direkten Kundenkontakt

IHR PROFIL

  • Erfahrung im Umgang mit Kunden aus Verkauf, Handel oder Gastronomie
  • Zuhören, Verstehen, Erklären und Überzeugen als Stärke
  • Serviceorientierte, offene und kommunikative Art
  • Bereitschaft zum Schichtsystem (Mo–Fr, 09:00–19:00 Uhr, 1×/Monat Samstag)
  • Quereinsteiger willkommen

  • Vergütung von 16,00 € /Stunde zuzüglich Provision

Diese langfristige Stelle wird zunächst im Rahmen der Arbeitnehmerüberlassung besetzt. Unser Auftraggeber plant die Übernahme im direkten Anschluss daran.
