Wer du bist

  • Du hast idealerweise Erfahrung im Einzelhandel oder Kundenservice. Quereinsteiger:innen sind bei uns herzlich willkommen.
  • Du hast eine freundliche Art und ein sicheres Gespür für den Umgang mit Menschen.
  • Du hast eine Leidenschaft für IKEA und unsere Produkte .
  • Du arbeitest sorgfältig und genau.

So gestaltet sich dein Tag bei uns

  • Du unterstützt uns im Kundenservice. In welchen Bereichen du schwerpunktmäßig arbeitest, besprichst du mit deiner Führungskraft.
  • Eingangsbereich: Du begrüßt unsere Kund:innen und sorgst dafür, dass sie sich willkommen und gut informiert fühlen.
  • Småland: Bei dir sind Kinder von 3 bis 10 Jahren bestens aufgehoben.
  • Kasse : Du sorgst dafür, dass alle Waren in unserem Kassensystem registriert werden und unterstützt unsere Kund:innen an den Selbstbedienungskassen.
  • Umtausch und Backoffice: Du findest auf Grundlage unserer internen Vorgaben eine schnelle und unkomplizierte Lösung.
