Für unseren Standort in Niederndorf/Tirol (bei Kufstein) suchen wir zur Erweiterung des Teams ab sofort in Vollzeit eine/n:

Kundenservice Norwegisch (m/w/d)

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Professionelle telefonische und schriftliche Beratung von Endkunden, Architekten und Fachhandelspartnern im deutschen und internationalen Raum zu technischen und kaufmännischen Fragestellungen bzgl. des gesamten BORA Produktportfolios
  • Vorqualifizierung und Aufbereitung von Anfragen für nachgelagerte Fachbereiche
  • Freigabe und Verwaltung von BORA PartnerNet-Zugängen
  • Betreuung des myBORA-Shops sowie Unterstützung bei Garantie-Registrierungen
  • Bearbeitung von Homepage-Anfragen
  • Administrative Tätigkeiten im CRM sowie Stammdatenpflege
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit den Fachbereichen Auftragsbearbeitung, Planung und Technischer Service

Ihr Profil:

  • Erfolgreiche kaufmännische Ausbildung von Vorteil
  • Spaß am Umgang mit Menschen und der Arbeit am Telefon
  • Kommunikationsstark, freundlich und serviceorientiert
  • Interesse an technischen Sachverhalten bzgl. der BORA Produkte
  • MS-Office Kenntnisse
  • Sehr gute Deutsch-, Englisch- und Norwegischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
