Für einen internationalen Technologie- und Entertainment-Kunden in Malta suchen wir koreanischsprachige Kandidaten für eine kundenorientierte Online-Rolle in einem professionellen Studio-Umfeld.
Vorerfahrung ist nicht erforderlich – eine umfassende Schulung wird angeboten.

We are recruiting Korean-speaking Online Presenters / Customer Service Representatives for a global technology company based in Malta .

In this role, you will work from a professional studio environment, engaging with online users and delivering a high-quality, interactive digital experience. No previous experience is required — full training is provided.

### Key Responsibilities

Host and present interactive online sessions from a live studio
Engage with users in a professional, friendly, and customer-focused manner
Maintain high presentation and service standards at all times
Participate in internal initiatives and promotional activities
Follow company procedures and quality standards
Report any operational or technical issues to supervisors
Maintain a clean and professional working environment

### Requirements

No previous experience required – full training provided
Fluent Korean
Conversational English (B1 or above)
Willingness to work a 24/7 rotating shift pattern (including weekends and public holidays)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Comfortable working in a multicultural, international environment
