  • Bestätigung Betreuung von Inbound- und Outbound-Kommunikation
  • Telefonische Kundenberatung und -betreuung Pflege und Aktualisierung
  • der Kundendatenbank Profil Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung zum
  • Industriekaufmann (m/w/d) oder vergleichbare Qualifikation Sicherer
  • Umgang mit dem MS-Office-Paket sowie Kenntnisse im SAP SD-Modul.
  • Selbstständige Arbeitsweise, Flexibilität und Teamfähigkeit
  • Technisches Verständnis und Affinität für EDV-Anwendungen
