Aufgaben

· Eigenständiges Umrüsten von Spritzgussmaschinen mit Dokumentation

· Beheben und Optimieren von Prozessstörungen

· Anlauf und Programmierung von Maschinen mit Handling und Anlagentechnik

· Durchführung von Erststückfreigaben nach Prüfplan, Kontrolle der Zykluszeiten

· Qualitätsprüfungen der gefertigten Teile

Qualifikation

· Abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum Kunststoffformgeber, -techniker oder vergleichbare Ausbildung

· Bereitschaft zum Schichtdienst (3 Schicht)

· Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeit

· Deutschkenntnisse

· FS B + PKW zum Erreichend es Arbeitsortes

· Kranschein

· Staplerschein von Vorteil
