Ihre Aufgaben:

· Einrichten, Umrüsten und Führen von Spritzgussmaschinen sowie der entsprechenden Peripheriegeräte und Handlings

· Installation der notwendigen Kühlung, Hydraulik, Pneumatik und Elektrik von Spritzgussmaschinen

· Montage und Demontage von Spritzgusswerkzeugen

· Optimierung der Zykluszeiten

· Maschinenüberwachung sowie Störungsbehebung

· Inbetriebnahme neuer Werkzeuge in enger Zusammenarbeit mit unserem Werkzeugbau

· Optische Qualitätskontrolle

· Führung des Schichtbetriebes und Zuweisung von Werkeraufgaben

Ihr Profil:

· Eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum Verfahrensmechaniker - Kunststoff- und Kautschuktechnik, Schwerpunkt Formteile und / oder einschlägige Berufserfahrung im entsprechenden Bereich.

· Bereitschaft zur Schicht-(3 Schicht) und Samstagsarbeit.

· Teamfähigkeit und Belastbarkeit.

· Wünschenswert: Erfahrung mit 5S-Methode.
