Ihre Aufgaben

  • Fertigung technisch und organisatorisch vorbereiten
  • Extrusionsanlagen einrichten, einstellen und nachregeln
  • Schläuche nach Fertigungs- und Prüfvorgaben sowie Kundenanforderungen herstellen
  • Prozessabweichungen erkennen und Ursachen beheben
  • Schläuche messen, Qualität beurteilen und Ware freigeben
  • Produktionshelfer fachlich anleiten

Ihr Profil

  • Ausbildung als Kunststoff- und Kautschuktechnologe oder Verfahrensmechaniker für Kunststoff- und Kautschuktechnik, idealerweise Fachrichtung Halbzeuge
  • Alternativ: technische Ausbildung mit praktischer Erfahrung in der Kunststoffextrusion
  • Technisches Verständnis und handwerkliches Geschick
  • Sorgfältige Arbeitsweise und systematische Fehlersuche
  • Eigenverantwortung, Teamgeist und Bereitschaft zur Arbeit im 3-Schicht-System

Auch Berufseinsteiger mit passender abgeschlossener Ausbildung sind willkommen.

Die PAPUREX W. Büchner GmbH fertigt seit mehr als 45 Jahren Polyurethanschläuche für Kunden weltweit. Mit rund 50 Beschäftigten setzen wir auf Qualität und Fachwissen – und bilden selbst Kunststoff- und Kautschuktechnologen aus.

Wir suchen ab sofort und wünschen uns eine langfristige Zusammenarbeit. Der Arbeitsvertrag ist zunächst befristet.
