Wir sind ein wachstumsorientiertes, mittelständisches Unternehmen im Bereich Kunststofftechnik mit zwei Produktionsstandorten, von denen einer in Tschechien liegt. Von der Beratung über die Entwicklung, die Herstellung der Formen, die Fertigung der Spritzgussteile bis hin zur Montage bieten wir Komplettlösungen an.

*Aufgaben*

  • Rüsten, Anfahren und Überwachen der Spritzgussmaschinen, Roboter und Peripherie
  • Prozessüberwachung und Optimierung der Maschineneinstellungen
  • Beseitigung von Störungen
  • Bemusterung von Neuwerkzeugen

*Profil*

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Kunststoff- und Kautschuktechnologe, Verfahrensmechaniker oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Erfahrung in der Einrichtung von Spritzgussmaschinen der Firmen Arburg, Demag und Engel
  • Technisches Verständnis und handwerkliches Geschick
  • Teamgeist, Schichtbereitschaft
  • Gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift aufgrund der Komplexität der Arbeitsaufgaben beim Einrichten und Programmieren der Spritzgussmaschinen
