DEIN PROFIL:

  • Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung zum Kunststoff- und Kautschuktechnologe
  • Selbständige, eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise
  • Teamfähig und Zuverlässig
  • Sehr gute deutsche Sprachkenntnisse (mind. Sprachniveau C1)

DEINE AUFGABEN:

  • Eigenständiges Einrichten und Rüsten von Spritzgießmaschinen der Marken Ferromatik und Demag sowie der nötigen Peripheriegeräten zur Herstellung von Kunststoffteilen
  • Eigenverantwortliche Überwachung und Optimierung der Fertigungsprozesse sowie der Qualitätskontrolle der gefertigten Artikel
  • Abmusterungen von Neuwerkzeugen
  • Durchführung von Wartungs- und Reinigungsarbeiten an Spritzgießmaschinen und Werkzeugen
  • Umbau von Spritzgusswerkzeugen mit Wechseleinsätzen
