Seit 1976 fertigen wir Komponenten und Komplettanlagen für Stoff- und Wärmeaustauschverfahren in der Chemie, Petrochemie und für umwelttechnische Anwendungen.

#### Ihr Aufgabengebiet

  • Herstellung von Kunststoffkonstruktionen und Rohrkonstruktionen aus Thermoplasten entsprechend den technischen Vorgaben und Produktionsunterlagen
  • Ausführen von Schweißverbindungen, einschließlich Warmgasziehschweißen und Stumpfschweißen (vorerst kein Schweißerschein notwendig)
  • Durchführung von Qualitäts- und Maßkontrollen zur Sicherstellung der Produktstandards
  • Verantwortung für Instandhaltungs- und Wartungsarbeiten an Maschinen und Anlagen
  • Bereitschaft zu Montagen bei Kunden, um Projekte vor Ort zu unterstützen

### Arbeitszeiten

Montag – Donnerstag von 07:00 Uhr bis 16:00 Uhr und freitags von 07:00 Uhr bis 12:30 Uhr

#### Ihre Qualifikation

  • Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung als Verfahrensmechaniker für Kunststoff- und Kautschuktechnik – Bauteile oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung im Schreiner- oder Metallbereich
  • Idealerweise Berufserfahrung in der Herstellung von Bauteilen aus Thermoplasten
  • Flexibilität für Montageeinsätze im In- und Ausland
  • Ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeit
  • Hohes Qualitätsbewusstsein und Verantwortungsgefühl
