Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Installation, Integration und Administration von Hard- und Software-Komponenten im Bereich Client - Server und Virtualisierung
  • Patch- und Konfigurationsmanagement mit den im Einsatz befindlichen Systemen und Werkzeugen
  • Überwachung der Systeme und Sicherstellen der Verfügbarkeit und Nutzbarkeit
  • Problem- und Incidentmanagement
  • Projektarbeit
  • Weiterentwicklung der bestehenden Infrastruktur-Systeme im jeweiligen Aufgabenbereichen
  • Dokumentation der Infrastruktur-Systeme
  • Zusammenarbeit mit dem Anwendungsmanagement
  • Unterstützung im Sicherheitsmanagement
  • Übernahme von Rufbereitschaften

Ihre Qualifikationen:

  • Fundierte Administrationskenntnisse mit Linux und Windows-Systemen
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in der Administration von hybriden IT-Infrastrukturen, bestehend aus lokalen Systemen und Cloud-Diensten (z. B. Microsoft Azure, AWS)
  • Erfahrung mit Microsoft 365 (insbesondere SharePoint)
  • Erfahrung im Umgang mit Jira und Confluence
  • Grundlegende Erfahrungen in der Datenbankadministration
  • Kenntnisse in der Einrichtung und Pflege von i-doit (CMDB)
  • Erfahrung in der Administration von Telefonanlagen
  • Erfahrung im Servicemanagement
