Stellenangebot: Kunststoff- und Kautschuktechnologe (m/w/d) / Verfahrensmechaniker (m/w/d) – Spritzguss (3-Schicht)

Wir sind ein kleines, inhabergeführtes Unternehmen und spezialisiert auf die Verarbeitung von Kunststoffen im Spritzgussverfahren. Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt einen engagierten Mitarbeiter (m/w/d) im Bereich Spritzguss.

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Einrichten, Rüsten und Anfahren von Spritzgussmaschinen (Fabrikat ENGEL)
  • Überwachung und Optimierung der laufenden Produktion
  • Sicherstellung der Produktqualität sowie Durchführung von Qualitätskontrollen
  • Behebung von Störungen und Durchführung kleinerer Wartungsarbeiten
  • Dokumentation von Produktionsdaten
  • Mitwirkung bei Prozessoptimierungen

Ihr Profil:

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Kunststoff- und Kautschuktechnologe (m/w/d) (ehem. Verfahrensmechaniker) oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Erfahrung im Bereich Spritzguss, idealerweise mit ENGEL-Maschinen
  • Technisches Verständnis und eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise
  • Bereitschaft zur Arbeit im 3-Schicht-System
  • Teamfähigkeit und Zuverlässigkeit
