### Ihre Aufgaben

  • Fachgerechtes Nacharbeiten von Kunststoffbauteilen (Entgraten, Nachschleifen, Säubern) gemäß Arbeitsanweisung
  • Durchführung und Dokumentation von Materialprüfungen entsprechend interner Vorgaben
  • Versiegeln und Nachbearbeiten von Oberflächen sowie Kanten
  • Ausführen von Instandsetzungen auf Basis von Qualitätsvorgaben, Reklamationen oder Sonderfreigaben
  • Bedienung und Überwachung einfacher Produktionsanlagen
  • Durchführung von Fügeprozessen wie Nieten und Kleben nach technischen Spezifikationen
  • Mitwirkung an kontinuierlichen Verbesserungsprozessen (z. B. Optimierung von Abläufen, Reduzierung von Materialverbrauch)

### Ihr Profil

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossene mindestens dreijährige Berufsausbildung, z. B. als Verfahrensmechaniker (m/w/d) für Kunststoff- und Kautschuktechnik oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Erste praktische Berufserfahrung in einem produzierenden Umfeld
  • Ausgeprägtes handwerkliches Geschick sowie eine präzise und sorgfältige Arbeitsweise
  • Gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Bereitschaft, sich in neue Aufgabenbereiche einzuarbeiten
  • Teamorientiertes Arbeiten kombiniert mit selbstständiger und verantwortungsbewusster Vorgehensweise
