Deine Aufgabe:

  • Bedienen von Spritzgussmaschinen
  • Selbständige Durchführung von Werkzeugwechsel
  • Herstellen und Verpacken von Kunststoffteilen gemäß Vorgaben
  • Durchführung von Prüfungen gemäß Vorgaben
  • Erkennen und Beheben von Spritzgussfehlern
  • Durchführen von TPM

Dein Profil:

  • Du verfügst über eine abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung zum Kunststoffformgeber (m/w/d) oder eine vergleichbare technische Ausbildung
  • Du bringst mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Bereich Spritzguss mit, idealerweise in der Automobilindustrie
  • Du hast Erfahrung im Umgang mit Kunststoffformteilen (insbesondere Thermoplaste)
  • Du besitzt Kenntnisse über Aufbau und Funktion von Spritzgusswerkzeugen
  • Du bist bereit im 3-Schicht-Betrieb zu arbeiten
