Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir ab sofort einen

### Kunststoffformgeber (m/w/d) – Fachrichtung Formteile

in Vollzeit (3-Schichtsystem)

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Eigenverantwortliches Einrichten, Rüsten, Anfahren und Bedienen von Spritzgießmaschinen sowie der dazugehörigen Peripherie
  • Sicherstellung einer termingerechten, wirtschaftlichen und qualitätsgerechten Produktion
  • Überwachung und Optimierung der laufenden Fertigungsprozesse hinsichtlich Qualität, Produktivität und Effizienz
  • Durchführung von Erst-, Letztstück- und Inprozesskontrollen sowie Freigabe der Produktion
  • Erkennen, Analysieren und Beheben von Prozess- und Maschinenstörungen
  • Durchführung von Werkzeugwechseln sowie Optimierung von Rüstvorgängen und Zykluszeiten
  • Wartung, Pflege und Funktionskontrolle der Produktionsanlagen im Verantwortungsbereich
  • Durchführung und Dokumentation von Qualitätsprüfungen, Produktionsdaten, Materialbuchungen und Schichtprotokollen
  • Überwachung der Materialverfügbarkeit und Erfassung von Ausschuss- und Produktionskennzahlen
  • Mitwirkung bei der kontinuierlichen Verbesserung von Prozessen (KVP) sowie Umsetzung von Optimierungsmaßnahmen
  • Einarbeitung und Unterstützung neuer Mitarbeitender
  • Sicherstellung von Ordnung, Sauberkeit und Arbeitssicherheit nach den geltenden 5S-Standards

Ihr Profil

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Kunststoff- und Kautschuktechnologe (m/w/d) Fachrichtung Formteile, oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Erfahrung in der Spritzgussfertigung von Vorteil
  • Technisches Verständnis sowie ein ausgeprägtes Qualitätsbewusstsein
  • Selbstständige, zuverlässige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
  • Teamfähigkeit, Verantwortungsbewusstsein und Flexibilität
  • Bereitschaft zur Arbeit im 3-Schicht-System (06:00 -14:00 Uhr, 14:00 - 22:00 Uhr und 22:00 - 06:00 Uhr)
