  • Kandidaten mit einem hohen Qualitätsanspruch. Deine Aufgaben
  • Vorbereitung und Durchführung von Rüstvorgängen an automatisierten
  • Spritzgießmaschinen gemäß Rüstplänen und Terminvorgaben inklusive
  • Bereitstellung aller benötigten Werkzeuge, Zusatzeinrichtungen und
  • Materialien Anfahren der Maschinen mit den vorgesehenen Materialien
  • sowie Sicherstellung eines stabilen und reproduzierbaren
  • Prozesszustands Fertigung und Prüfung von Erstteilen sowie Erteilung
  • der Produktionsfreigabe in Abstimmung mit der Qualitätssicherung
  • Übergabe der laufenden Fertigung an das Bedienpersonal mit
  • entsprechender Einweisung sowie Erfassung relevanter Betriebszustände
  • im BDE-System Erkennung und Behebung von Prozessstörungen sowie
  • Abweichungen an Bauteilen, einschließlich Letztteilprüfung vor
  • Abschluss eines Produktionsloses gemeinsam mit der Qualitätssicherung
  • Archivierung von Produktionsparametern, Dokumentation von Abweichungen
  • sowie Mitwirkung bei Bemusterungsprozessen Dein Profil Abgeschlossene
  • Ausbildung als Verfahrensmechaniker für Kunststoff- und
  • Kautschuktechnik mit Schwerpunkt Spritzgießen oder vergleichbare
  • Qualifikation Berufserfahrung in der statistischen Prozesssteuerung
  • sowie im Umgang mit technischen Thermoplasten und anspruchsvollen
  • Bauteilen Ausgeprägtes technisches Verständnis, hohes
  • Qualitätsbewusstsein sowie die Fähigkeit, selbstständig und
  • strukturiert zu arbeiten Teamorientierte Arbeitsweise und Bereitschaft
  • zur Arbeit im 3-Schicht-Betrieb Gültige Berechtigung zum Führen von
