Die C-Matrixx Carbontechnik GmbH ist ein mittelständisches Unternehmen mit 50 Mitarbeitern im Bereich faserverstärkte Kunststoffbauteile. Wir produzieren High-Tech-Bauteile aus Carbon für international renommierte Kunden aus dem Maschinenbau sowie der Medizintechnik und suchen zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt eine(n):
Facharbeiter(in) aus dem Gebiet
- Verfahrensmechaniker (m/w) für Kunststoff und Kautschuktechnik bzw. Kunststofftechnologe (m/w/d)
- Fachbereich: Faserverbundwerkstoffe
- Unser Angebot richtet sich an handwerklich geschickte Facharbeiter mit mehrjähriger Berufserfahrung,
- die Freude an anspruchsvoller und abwechslungsreicher Kleinserienfertigung von hochpräzisen Bauteilen
- aus Carbon haben. Das Ziel ist eine Vollzeitstelle zu besetzen.
- Ihre Aufgaben:
- Zuschnitt von Rohstoffen und Hilfsstoffen nach genauen Maßangaben bzw. nach Zeichnung
- Selbstständiges Laminieren von carbonfaserverstärkten Einschalenbauteilen und CFK-Sandwichteilen in Prepreg-Tape-Legetechnik
- Fundierte Kenntnisse im Lesen technischer Zeichnungen
- Selbstständige Kontrolle der Werkstücke in Eigenverantwortung
- Ihre Qualifikation:
- Facharbeiter aus dem o.g. Fachbereich
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung
- großes handwerkliches Geschick
- sorgfältiges, qualitätsbewusstes Arbeiten
- Teamfähigkeit
