Die Firma BKW Kunststoff GmbH ist ein Hersteller von Kunststoffteilen und Systemen für Internationale Kunden, diverse Industriezweige wie Automobil, Lebensmittel, Elektro oder Spielwaren.

Seit 2008 produzieren wir am Standort Selb in Oberfranken mit ca. 30 Spritzgussmaschinen im Bereich von 40 – 750 Tonnen Schließkraft, im Mehrkomponentenverfahren, Kunststoffteile mit vertiefter Wertschöpfung.

Mit ca. 60 Mitarbeitern produzieren wir anspruchsvolle Kunststoffbauteile, welche unserer Kunden global schätzen.

Ebenso international wie unsere Kunden, sind auch unsere Lieferanten, welche durch Sie mit betreut werden.

Da wir einem stetigen Wachstum unterliegen suchen wir einen motivierten Kollegen zur Verstärkung für unser Team.

Wir, die Firma BKW Kunststoff GmbH suchen zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt zur Verstärkung unseres Teams einen

Kunststofftechnologen Einrichter / Vorarbeiter (m/w/d)

Ihre Aufgaben

· Fertigungsstörungen erkennen, lokalisieren und beseitigen

· Einrichten und Bedienen von Handlingsgeräten, vornehmlich Wittmann

· Steuern und Überwachen von automatisierten Spritzgießmaschinen (Ferromatik, Demag und Haitian) Einstellen und Optimieren der Prozess- und Qualitätsparameter

· Gewährleistung und Einhaltung der Qualitätsnormen

· Durchführung von Füllstudien und Fehleranalysen

· Selbständiges, motiviertes, Ziel- und Kostenorientiertes Arbeiten

· Teamgeist und Eigenverantwortung

Unsere Anforderungen

· Abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum Verfahrensmechaniker (m/w) für Kunststoff- und Kautschuktechnik, Fachrichtung Formteile

· oder mehrjährige Erfahrung als Einrichter

· PC-Kenntnisse (MS-Office)

· Selbständiges, motiviertes, Ziel- und Kostenorientiertes Arbeiten

· Teamgeist und Eigenverantwortung

· Flexibilität und Bereitschaft zum 3-Schicht Betrieb
