Die Delfish GmbH bietet seit über 25 Jahren professionelle Kinder- und Baby-Schwimmkurse in rund 90 Hallenbädern an und gehört damit zu den renommiertesten Schwimmschulen in Deutschland.

Für die Erteilung von Schwimmunterricht für Kinder ab 4 Jahren suchen wir ab sofort eine engagierte Kursleitung (m/w/d) für unsere Kinderschwimmkurse in Hamm für freitags von 14:00-16:00 Uhr.

Dein Profil

  • Du hast eine positive und liebevolle Art im Umgang mit Kindern
  • Du hast Freude daran, kleine Gruppen im Wasser zu unterrichten
  • Idealerweise bringst du bereits Erfahrung als Kursleitung mit
  • Alternativ möchtest du dich gerne von uns ausbilden lassen
  • Du arbeitest verantwortungsbewusst und zuverlässig

Deine Aufgaben

  • Leitung eigener wöchentlicher Schwimmkurse mit festen Gruppen (max. 5–6 Kinder)
  • Strukturierung der Kurse entsprechend des Leistungsstands der Kinder
  • Kommunikation mit den Eltern
  • Abnahme von Schwimmabzeichen
  • Dokumentation von Teilnehmerzahlen und erfolgreich absolvierten Abzeichen
