Die Kirchengemeinde Wacken sucht

  • eine Küstervertretung (m/w/d) für Kirche und Gemeindehaus für ca. 4-6 Wochen im Jahr plus Krankheitsvertretung
  • auf Honorarbasis - keine Vorkenntnisse erforderlich
  • Das bringst du mit:
  • du bist freundlich, flexibel und interessiert am Gemeindeleben
  • du magst bei Gottesdiensten aushelfen
  • du wärst auch bereit, Reinigungsarbeiten im Gemeindehaus zu übernehmen
  • und beim Seniorenkaffee auszuhelfen (z.b. mit Kaffee kochen)

Bürovertretung (m/w/d)

  • auf Honorarbasis
  • Vorkenntnisse im Bereich Sekretariat oder Verwaltung gewünscht aber nicht erforderlich
  • wir werden dich vorher im Büro auf deine Tätigkeit vorbereiten
  • Hauptaufgaben:
  • du bist der Ansprechpartner persönlich und am Telefon zu den Büroöffnungszeiten
  • beantwortest eingehende Mails
  • je nach Vorkenntnissen und nach Absprache auch andere Büroarbeiten
  • Informationen und Bewerbung im Kirchenbüro Wacken
