About the Role
We're looking for a detail-oriented KYC/B Onboarding Analyst to join our growing onboarding team. This is not a pure document-review role: you'll split your time between reviewing customer cases and automating the flows themselves , working hands-on with Claude and our internal tooling to redesign how the work gets done.
You'll be on the front lines of customer due diligence, reviewing incoming applications, working through compliance requirements, and helping move clients through the pipeline efficiently across three regions. Priorities shift as the business does (new products, new markets, new regulatory asks), so you'll need to connect the dots across multiple workstreams and adapt fast, without ever compromising the integrity of the process. This role is built for someone who thrives independently, spots inefficiency and fixes it, and takes pride in getting things right.
Location: This role is based out of Bogotá, Colombia, and is a full-time hybrid position where it is required to come into our office in the Parque de la 93 area (2-3 days/week). #LI-HYBRID
