L&D Manager

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced L&D Manager to manage end-to-end Learning & Development activities for our clients and product users . The role will focus on understanding client training requirements, preparing product-based courses and training materials, conducting training sessions, managing learning campaigns, and ensuring successful product adoption.

Key Responsibilities

• •Manage end-to-end client training and L&D activities for mcbapp.com products.
• •Understand client requirements and identify training and learning needs .
• •Develop product training courses, modules, presentations, guides, videos, FAQs, assessments, and other learning content .
• •Conduct product training, onboarding sessions, workshops, webinars, and refresher training for clients.
• •Train clients on new features, modules, product updates, and processes .
• •Create structured learning paths and training programs for different client/user groups.
• •Plan and execute training campaigns, product awareness programs, workshops, and learning initiatives .
• •Coordinate with Product, Implementation, Support, Sales, and Customer Success teams to understand product updates and client requirements.
• •Work closely with Product SMEs to convert product knowledge into simple and effective training content.
• •Maintain complete training documentation, course materials, attendance, feedback, assessments, and client training records .
• •Track training completion, participation, feedback, knowledge improvement, and product adoption .
• •Prepare regular L&D reports, dashboards, and training effectiveness reports for management.
• •Manage and update LMS / learning platforms and digital learning content.
• •Continuously improve training programs based on client feedback, product changes, and business requirements .
• •Support clients during new product/module launches through training and learning campaigns.
• •Coordinate with internal and external trainers when required.

Required Skills

• •6–8 years of experience in L&D / Client Training / Product Training / Customer Education .
• •Strong experience in training content and course development .
• •Excellent training delivery, presentation, facilitation, and communication skills .
• •Experience in conducting online and classroom training .
• •Strong understanding of LMS, e-learning and digital learning platforms .
• •Ability to simplify complex software/product features into easy-to-understand training content .
• •Strong stakeholder and client management skills .
• •Good documentation, reporting, and training analytics skills.
• •Good knowledge of PowerPoint, Excel and digital content creation tools .
• •Exposure to AI tools for content creation and learning material development is an advantage.
• •Experience in EdTech, SaaS, School ERP, LMS, or B2B software training will be preferred.

A candidate who can own client L&D end-to-end — from understanding training requirements and creating courses/content to conducting training, running learning campaigns, maintaining documentation, and measuring training effectiveness and product adoption.
