Our mission is to translate fundamental discoveries in extremophile biology into sustainable solutions for agriculture and marine ecosystems.

The Davidi Lab is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Laboratory Technician to support cutting-edge research on stress adaptation in extremophilic microalgae. The Davidi lab investigates molecular and cellular mechanisms evolved by extremophile Dunaliella species, using a multidisciplinary approach that integrates genomics, transcriptomics, proteomics, molecular biology, and synthetic biology. The Laboratory Technician will work alongside the Principal Investigator and other members of the lab, in the execution of research projects. Execution of an independent project is also possible depending on the individual’s interest and demonstrated abilities. This position will involve minimal lab management duties.
