Greenberg Traurig (GT), a global law firm, currently has an exciting full-time employment opportunity for a 4th - 6th year associate in the Labor & Employment group of our Dallas, TX office. Qualified candidates will have strong interpersonal skills, writing and analytical ability, keen attention to detail, and the desire and initiative to take ownership. Our practice includes employment class actions (including trade secret and restrictive covenant cases). The right person will have trial experience and be willing to take depositions, cover hearings, interview witnesses, handle written discovery, and write persuasive briefs. The right candidate will also have demonstrable substantive knowledge of basic employment concepts under Title VII, ADA, ADEA, FMLA, and similar federal and state employment laws. Candidates must either be Board Certified in Labor and Employment Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization or be prepared to take the exam when eligible.

The position offers the candidate the opportunity to assume significant responsibility. The candidate must have strong academic credentials and references and be a member of the Texas State Bar or willing to quickly become one.
