Workforce Planning We are seeking a hard-working, innovative, detail-oriented, and creative team player to join our Aptive team! This is a full-time Labor Forecasting Analyst position located in Provo, Utah, or remote . The Forecasting Analyst III is responsible for designing and evolving enterprise demand forecasting strategies, systems, and frameworks across all volume channels and sources. This role operates at a strategic level, shaping how demand is understood, modeled, and integrated into business planning. This position serves as a key advisor to leadership, aligning demand forecasting with financial planning, operational strategy, and long-term business growth.

Responsibilities include:

  • Demand Strategy & Forecasting Framework Design
  • Design and evolve enterprise forecasting frameworks across all demand channels and customer touchpoints
  • Establish standardized methodologies, governance, and best practices for forecasting
  • Define how demand is modeled from origination through final operational impact
  • Advanced Modeling & Business Planning Integration
  • Lead development of advanced forecasting methodologies and large-scale scenario modeling
  • Partner with Finance and executive leadership to align demand forecasts with budgeting, planning, and revenue expectations
  • Provide forward-looking insights that influence strategic business decisions
  • Forecasting Systems & Data Architecture
  • Lead design and optimization of forecasting tools, systems, and data pipelines
  • Partner with BI and Technology teams to enhance forecasting capabilities and automation
  • Identify gaps in data infrastructure and implement scalable solutions
  • Cross-functional Strategic Leadership
  • Act as a strategic partner across Marketing, Sales, Operations, Finance, and Technology
  • Align demand forecasting with enterprise initiatives and growth strategies
  • Influence decision-making through data-driven insights
  • Demand Performance & Business Impact
  • Evaluate demand trends at a macro level to identify opportunities for growth, efficiency, and optimization
  • Define and track key forecasting KPIs (accuracy, bias, demand variability, forecast reliability)
  • Lead initiatives that improve demand predictability and operational alignment
  • Process Innovation & Continuous Improvement
  • Drive transformation initiatives across forecasting methodologies and processes
  • Implement scalable, automated forecasting solutions
  • Introduce advanced analytics and emerging technologies into forecasting practices

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Analytics, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field or equivalent experience
  • 6-8+ years of experience in forecasting, workforce strategy, operations strategy, or advanced analytics
  • Proven experience designing forecasting models, frameworks, or large-scale planning strategies
  • Deep experience across multi-channel demand ecosystems (call center, digital, field, sales-driven demand)
  • Advanced experience with forecasting technologies, BI platforms, and data infrastructure
  • Strong experience with SQL, Python, R, or similar tools for advanced modeling
  • Experience partnering with Finance and leadership on planning, budgeting, or strategic initiatives
  • This role requires flexible working hours to accommodate different shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, to support 24/7 operations
