### Ihre Aufgaben

  • Umgebungs- und Hygienemonitoring in der Produktion
  • Begleitende mikrobiologische Analytik der Monitoring Parameter
  • Probenahme von Rohwaren
  • Unterstützung mikrobiologischer Analytik von Rohwaren, Endprodukten und Lagerstabilitäten gemäß internationaler Arzneibücher und interner Prüfverfahren
  • Herstellung von Nährmedien
  • Betreuung der zugeordneten Geräte
  • Allgemeine Labororganisation, Entsorgung, Vorratshaltung und Bestellungen
  • Umsetzung und Einhaltung von GMP-Anforderungen
  • Dokumentation der Analysenergebnisse im Labor-Informations-Management-System

### Das bringen Sie mit

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung als BTA, CTA oder Bachelor im naturwissenschaftlichen Bereich (z.B. Mikrobiologie, Biologie, Biochemie, Chemie, Lebensmittelchemie) mit Erfahrung im Bereich Mikrobiologie
  • Sorgfältige und genaue Arbeitsweise, hohes Qualitätsbewusstsein, Selbständigkeit und Verantwortungsbewusstsein
  • Teamgeist, Kommunikationsfähigkeit und Belastbarkeit
  • Gute MS-Office-Kenntnisse
  • Deutschverhandlungssicher
  • Gutes Englisch in Wort und Schrift
  • Bereitschaft zur Wochenendarbeit
