Wir suchen Mitarbeiter (m/w/d)

Deine Aufgaben:

  • Durchführung der qualitätsrelevanten mikrobiologischen
  • Untersuchungen für Rohstoffe und Fertigwaren
  • Keimzahlbestimmung
  • Bewertung interner und externer Analyseergebnisse
  • Dokumentation und Archivierung der Prüfergebnisse in der
  • Labordatenbank
  • Routine-Laborarbeiten (z.B. Probenvorbereitung, Probenerfassung)
  • Wareneingangskontrolle von Rohstoffen
  • Durchführung des Hygiene-Monitorings inkl. Probennahme
  • (Luftkeimzahl, Oberflächenkontrolle, Prozesswasser)
  • Durchführung von Allergenkontrollen
  • Unterstützung bei der Bearbeitung von Kunden-Reklamationen durch
  • Analyse von Rückstellmustern
  • Durchführung chemischer Analysen (z.B. Salzgehalt, Trockenmasse,
  • Fettgehaltsbestimmungen)
  • Überwachung und Bestellung von Verbrauchsmaterialen

Dein Profil:

  • Eine erfolgreich abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum
  • milchwirtschaftlichen Laborant (m/w/d), BTA, CTA, MTA, VMTA oder eine
  • vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Erste Berufserfahrung in der Mikrobiologie, idealerweise Erfahrung
  • in einem Labor der Lebensmittelindustrie
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse im Umgang mit Mikroorganismen
  • Gute Kenntnisse im Umgang mit MS-Offic
  • Ein hohes Hygiene- und Qualitätsbewusstsein
  • Teamfähigkeit
  • Eine sehr selbständige und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise
  • Ein ausgeprägtes Verantwortungsbewusstsein
  • Ein hohes Maß an Eigeninitiative und Flexibilität
