Das werden Sie machen

  • Erstellen und Anpassen von Farbtonrezepturen für verschiedene Produkte
  • Herstellung und Prüfung von Mustern inklusive Farbkorrekturen
  • Durchführung von Qualitätskontrollen nach definierten Prüfmethoden
  • Dokumentation von Messergebnissen und Pflege der Rezepturdaten
  • Bearbeitung von Sonderfarbtonanfragen sowie Unterstützung bei Machbarkeitsprüfungen
  • Analyse von Abweichungen und Reklamationen im Rahmen der Qualitätssicherung
  • Mitwirkung bei Versuchsreihen und Prüfmethodenentwicklung

Das bringen Sie mit

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Laborant (m/w/d), Lacklaborant (m/w/d), Chemielaborant (m/w/d), Chemikant (m/w/d), Produktionsfachkraft Chemie (m/w/d), oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Erfahrung in der Qualitätskontrolle oder Coloristik von Vorteil
  • Sicherer Umgang mit Laborgeräten und Messmethoden
  • Gute EDV‑Kenntnisse (MS Office, idealerweise ERP‑Systeme)
  • Strukturierte und präzise Arbeitsweise
  • Teamfähigkeit und Kommunikationsstärke
