DEIN AUFGABENBEREICH

  • Du führst eigenständig Rohwareneingangs-, Produktions- und Fertigwarenkontrollen nach geltenden Probeentnahmeplänen durch
  • Du bereitest chemisch-physikalische, sensorische und mikrobiologische Analysen vor, führst diese durch und wertest sie aus
  • Du dokumentierst deine Ergebnisse zuverlässig in unserem Laborinformationssystem
  • Du übernimmst CCP-Prüfungen und trägst aktiv zur Lebensmittelsicherheit bei
  • Du arbeitest eng mit den Teams aus Produktion, Einkauf, Qualitätsmanagement, Spezifikationswesen sowie Forschung & Entwicklung zusammen

DEIN PROFIL

  • Du hast eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung als milchwirtschaftliche/r Laborant/in oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation in der Lebensmittelindustrie
  • Idealerweise bringst du erste Erfahrung in der Qualitätskontrolle mit
  • Du arbeitest strukturiert, analytisch und mit einem ausgeprägten Bewusstsein für Hygiene und Qualität
  • Teamgeist, Kommunikationsstärke und Zuverlässigkeit gehören zu deinen Stärken
  • Du verfügst über sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse sowie Grundkenntnisse in Englisch
  • Der Umgang mit SAP sowie MS Office (insbesondere Excel und Word) ist dir vertraut
