NOW HIRING LABORER(S) FOR AN IMMEDIATE TEMPORARY FULL-TIME JOB OPPORTUNITY!
STARTING PAY OF $20.00 PER HOUR BASED ON EXPERIENCE!
THIS IS A TEMPORARY ROLE
Andy's is hiring a Laborer to join our irrigation team! This is a highly physical role! As a Laborer , you will work outdoors, support crew members, and operate equipment to complete various irrigation tasks in a safe and efficient manner.
Responsibilities:
- Operate and maintain tools.
- Ensure job site safety by following company policies and industry standards.
- Support equipment operators as needed.
- Load and unload materials and tools for daily operations.
- Perform general laborer duties including, digging, raking, lifting, and hauling debris.
Requirements
- Ability to work in physically demanding conditions and lift up heavy weight.
- Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
- Willingness to learn and follow safety procedures.
- Valid driver’s license preferred.
This is not a warehouse or construction job —it’s an active, outdoor role working with trees and landscapes.
