Essential Responsibilities:

• •Support daily mining operations as part of a labor crew
• •Carry out general labor tasks safely and efficiently
• •Complete basic reports and required paperwork
• •Work closely with your team to keep production moving
• •Follow all company, client, and MSHA safety rules
• •Take responsibility for your safety and your crew’s

Qualifications:

• •Strong work ethic and reliability—show up ready to work
• •Team player with a safety-first mindset
• •Mining or heavy civil experience is an asset (not required)
• •Basic MSHA knowledge is helpful
• •MSHA Part 48 certification preferred (we’ll provide if needed)
• •Must pass a pre-employment drug and alcohol test

Work Conditions:

• •Rotating shifts, 10–12 hours per day
• •Overtime paid after 40 hours
• •Steady, site-based work with long-term opportunities
• •Daily Living Out Allowance (LOA) as applicable
