\*\*Mein Mandant liefert hochwertige Molkereiprodukte weltweit an Unternehmen im Lebensmitteleinzelhandel, an Großverbraucher sowie in internationale Märkte. \*\*Für den Standort in Wohlmirstedt/ Kaiserpfalz (Sachsen-Anhalt) suche ich zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt für den Kunden Ihre Unterstützung als Führungskraft in der Laborleitung.

### Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Untersuchung und kontinuierliche Verbesserung der Prozesse in der Qualitätssicherung für Milchprodukte sowie für eingesetzte Lebensmittelzutaten
  • Analyse von Qualitätsabweichungen und Umsetzung geeigneter Maßnahmen zur Sicherstellung der Produktqualität
  • Einführung, Betreuung und Weiterentwicklung von Laborinformationssystemen
  • Planung, Koordination und Kontrolle der Prüfmittelüberwachung
  • Sensorische Prüfung der aktuell produzierten Produkte sowie Durchführung von Haltbarkeitskontrollen
  • Fachliche und organisatorische Leitung der Mitarbeitenden im Laborbereich
  • Regelmäßige Berichterstattung an Werkleitung und Geschäftsführung

### Ihr Profil:

  • Idealerweise eine abgeschlossene Weiterbildung zum milchwirtschaftlichen Labormeister (m/w/d), ein Studium im Bereich Lebensmitteltechnologie oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Mehrjährige Berufspraxis im relevanten Umfeld
  • Erfahrung in der Führung von Mitarbeitenden
  • Eigenständige, strukturierte und sorgfältige Arbeitsweise sowie ein sicheres Auftreten und ausgeprägtes Verantwortungsbewusstsein
  • Hohe Belastbarkeit und die Fähigkeit, auch in anspruchsvollen Situationen ruhig und lösungsorientiert zu handeln
