Die ZIRS Rheumatologische Schwerpunktpraxis in Stuttgart-Bad Cannstatt (Dres. med. Bruckner, Röser und Sonn) bietet eine hervorragende Arbeitsumgebung für medizinisch-technische Laboratoriumsassistenten (MTLA) bzw. Medizinische Technologen für Laboratoriumsanalytik (MTL). Eine Mitarbeit im spezialisierten immunologischen Labor dieser Praxis verbindet hochmoderne Diagnostik mit sehr attraktiven Arbeitsbedingungen.

Ab sofort bieten wir eine Teilzeitstelle 20 - 30 Std. / Woche 

Das Labor-Profil & Ihre Aufgaben

In der immunologischen Spezialdiagnostik der Praxis wird ein breites Spektrum an Verfahren angewendet, um rheumatische und autoimmune Erkrankungen exakt nachzuweisen:

  • IFT (Immunfluoreszenztest): Bestimmung von antinukleären Antikörpern (ANA) mittels Fluoreszenzmikroskopie.
  • ELISA / Analyzer I (Euroimmun): Automatisierte Durchführung von Enzym-Immunoassays zur präzisen Quantifizierung von Autoantikörpern.
  • Nephelometrie: Bestimmung von Proteinkonzentrationen und Immunkomplexen (wie Rheumafaktoren oder Komplementfaktoren).
  • Halbautomatische Blots: Differenzierung spezifischer Antikörperprofile (z.B. Line-Blots oder Western-Blots).

Sie bringen mit:

eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung als (MTL / MTLA) Medizinisch-technischer Laboratoriumsassistent/in / Medizinische Technologie für Laboratoriumsanalytik oder Medizinische/r Fachangestellte/r mit Erfahrung im Bereich Labor
