Founded in 1997, Impactt is an employee-owned human rights consultancy working with businesses, governments and other organisations to address complex human and labour rights challenges. We help clients identify and address human rights risks across their operations and supply chains, combining deep subject-matter expertise with practical, real-world solutions.

Our approach is worker-centred and grounded in reality.
