### Was ist Ihr Aufgabengebiet?

  • Durchführung von Nasslackierungen im Stückverfahren, überwiegend mittels Airless-Spritztechnik auf Stahlbauteilen
  • Vorbereitung der Werkstücke (Reinigen, Schleifen, Grundieren)
  • Kontrolle und Sicherstellung der Lackierqualität gemäß den geltenden Normen und Qualitätsstandards
  • Mitarbeit in der Fertigung, z. B. beim Transport, bei der Montage oder beim Verpacken der lackierten Teile
  • Wartung und Pflege der Lackieranlagen und Arbeitsmittel

### Welche Eigenschaften machen Sie in der Position erfolgreich?

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Lackierer/in, Industrielackierer/in oder vergleichbare Qualifikation (Quereinstieg möglich)
  • Erfahrung im Umgang mit Airless-Spritztechnik von Vorteil
  • Handwerkliches Geschick und technisches Verständnis
  • Bereitschaft zur Mitarbeit in der Fertigung außerhalb des Lackierbereichs
  • Zuverlässige, sorgfältige und teamorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Führerschein der Klasse B (bis 3,5 t) wünschenswert, Klasse C1 (bis 7,5 t) von Vorteil
