# Lackierer:in (m/w/d) in Festanstellung gesucht – Vollzeit, keine Wochenendarbeit!

Wir sind zur Zeit ein Team mit 15 Kolleg:innen, einem herzlichen Chef (immer für einen Scherz zu haben) und richtig guter Stimmung im Betrieb. Damit wir weiter wachsen, suchen wir eine/n erfahrene/n Lackierer:in – gern auch Vorarbeiter:in – der/die sein/ihr Handwerk wirklich beherrscht.

## Deine Aufgaben

  • Lackieren von Bauteilen/Fahrzeugen/Oberflächen in Top-Qualität
  • Vorbereitung, Schleifen, Spachteln, Grundieren
  • Qualitätskontrolle & sauberes Arbeiten
  • (Optional) Führung & Organisation als Vorarbeiter:in

## Das bringst du mit

  • Zuverlässigkeit, Motivation und handwerkliches Geschick
  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung oder mehrjährige, nachweisbare Praxis
  • Blick für Details und Lust auf Teamarbeit

## Das bieten wir dir

  • Faire Bezahlung
  • Weihnachts- & Urlaubsgeld
  • Keine Wochenendarbeit – deine Freizeit bleibt dein Wochenende ️
  • Familiäre Atmosphäre, wertschätzender Chef und kurzer Draht
  • Team-Events: Weihnachtsfeier, Firmenausflüge (zuletzt gemeinsam im Heide Park Soltau)
  • Moderne Ausstattung & ein echtes Miteinander

Klingt gut? Dann bewirb dich doch direkt bei uns!

Auch Quereinsteiger:innen mit Erfahrung sind willkommen!
