  • Sichtprüfung der Fahrzeuge und der Teile auf Beschädigung und Vollständigkeit.
  • Vorbereitungsaufgaben für die Fahrzeuglackierung wie z. B. Staubfrei machen, silikonieren und das Fahrzeug für die benötigte Arbeitsaufgabe in Position stellen.
  • Abdeckarbeiten am Fahrzeug und den Einzelteilen.
  • Untergrundvorbereitung mittels Schleifen von Hand oder per Maschine sowie Beseitigung von Schadstellen.
  • Anmischarbeiten verschiedener Mehrkomponentenmaterialien.
  • Lackierung der Fahrzeuge wie z.B. Strukturbeschichtung, Antirutschbeschichtung u. Grundbeschichtung, sowie Komplettlackierung mit Uni und -Sicht met. Lacken.
  • Reparaturlackierungen und Beilackierungen mit Becherpistole oder Sprühdose, sowie Nachlackierung der einzelnen Farbabgrenzungen.
  • Durchführen von Oberflächenfinisharbeiten z.B. Polieren von Hand oder mit der Maschine.
  • Prüfung und Nacharbeit der sicherheitsrelevanten Bauteile sowie Reinigungs- und Wartungsarbeiten.
