*Lademeister Trainee (m/w/d) mit 1.000 € Willkommensprämie am Flughafen Frankfurt *

Das erwartet dich

  • 18,91 €/h Einstiegsgehalt zzgl. Zeit- und Schichtzuschläge
  • Tarifgebundene Vergütung nach dem Branchentarifvertrag für die Bodenverkehrsdienste an deutschen Verkehrsflughäfen
  • Unbefristeter Arbeitsvertrag
  • 1.000 € Willkommensprämie
  • 800 € Jahressinderzahlung
  • 28 Tage tariflicher Urlaubsanspruch
  • Entwicklungsmöglichkeit bis 25,19 €/h je nach Qualifikation & Erfahrung

Das machst du möglich

  • Teilnahme an verschiedenen Ausbildungsmaßnahmen zur fachlichen Weiterbildung
  • Verantwortung für einen reibungslosen Ablauf bei der gesamten Be- und Entladung der Flugzeuge
  • Steuerung und Koordination des Abfertigungsteams, inklusive der Verteilung von Aufgaben
  • Bedienung sämtlicher Großgeräte, die für die Flugzeugabfertigung erforderlich sind
  • Ansprechperson für die Airlines und Verantwortung für eine effiziente Kommunikation

Das hast du im Gepäck

  • Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung oder eine vergleichbare schulische Qualifikation
  • Fließende Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift (B2) sowie gute Kenntnisse in Englisch (B2)
  • Führerschein der Klasse B
  • Idealerweise erste Erfahrung im Umgang mit Großgeräten
  • Interesse an der Übernahme von Führungsverantwortung und Teamsteuerung
  • Zuverlässige und vertrauenswürdige Arbeitsweise
  • Bereitschaft zur Arbeit im Wechselschitdienst und Erfüllung der Sicherheitsprüfung am Flughafen
